Commercial Project ~ A new residential cookery school developed for Waitrose, Chelsea providing accommodation for 12 people. Space planning to consider the modern ethos of co-housing; the concept of Life Edited and the need for individual kitchens for each student whilst embracing the brand values of the John Lewis Partnership plc. The concept for the design is 'provenence' - Sustainable/Renewable materials have been specified throughout.
