| Residential Project London SE16 - transform a tired period property into a boutique family home Engineered walnut hardwood flooring laid throughout references the property's period while maintaining a clean and airy feel. A walnut cabinet was chosen for the main bathroom, tying the modern, top-end bathroom to the rest of the flat. An expansive, wall-to-wall bespoke mirrored cabinet above the WC cistern provides plenty of storage and transforms the apparent size of the room. |

| Residential Project London SW19 - complete refurbishment of an uninhabitable 1960's 3 bed mid-terrace house on a limited budget The dilapidated property was stripped back to a shell. A 3D model was used to show ideas to the client and allowed an interactive, collaborative design process. Intelligent modifications were made to the floorplan to suit the client's lifestyle and meet practical requirements; these included increasing storage space, accommodating a specialised AV suite in the living room and providing a second bathroom. |

| Residential Project London SW19 - mirrors, lights, and reflective surfaces were employed to exaggerate the sense of space. The ground floor cloakroom has been extended to accommodate a shower enclosure. The space is compact at less than one meter wide but, perfectly proportioned. Despite its size, it has an airy feel achieved by lighting, bumpy gloss white wall tiles, a generously sized mirror and polished chrome fittings. A high-powered HIB Cyclone extractor has been installed to adequately deal with condensation in the window-less space. |

Now a two-metre square room, it offers excellent storage and airy comfort. The master bedroom has modern wall to wall, floor to ceiling mirrored wardrobes complimented with Mid-Century Modern G-Plan furniture.
